On October 9, 2017 a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed a perimeter drain
observation at the above referenced address in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The perimeter drain consists of 4-inch perforated PVC placed around the exterior perimeter of the
basement. The drain appeared to have positive drainage toward two sump pits located middle of the
north wall and the middle of the south wall in the corner of the basement. The pipe was surrounded
by pea gravel. Filter fabric had been placed over the gravel. The installation of the perimeter drain
appeared to be in general accordance with project plans and specifications.
We also observed that damp proofing had been applied to the below grade foundation.
