On September 27 & 29, 2017 a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed a reinforcing
wall steel observations at the above referenced address in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The placement of rebar reinforcement within the foundation wall appeared to be in general
accordance with the project plans and specifications.
Additionally, we observed that UFER grounding rebar was incorporated within the foundation wall.
