I visited the above -referenced project on October 20, November 14, November 27 and December 20, 2017, and June
5, 2018 as requested The purpose of these visits was to observe the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation
footing and foundation wall reinforcing for the Building in accordance with our Agreement
Based on our observations, the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation footing and foundation wall reinforcing
appeared to be in general accordance with the structural plans prepared for the project (refer to the Project No
CR9010-18 drawing set S 1, S2, S3 1, S3 2, S4 dated July 23, 2014, sheet S 1 with a revision dated 8/4/14) The rear
exterior deck foundation construction was constructed similar to our previous April 17, 2017 letter regarding the rear
exterior deck foundation system
