Description of work remove current roofing system down to wood deck, install ice & water along edges, valleys and penetrations. Install
synthetic underlayment, drip edges and asphalt shinges. Replace pipe boot. Remove current gutters and replace.
*If lawn sprinkler/backflow preventer, must list licensed plumber. If first-time A/C, must list licensed electrician.
