College Avenue. The below items have been provided for review by Building Services:
• Building Permit Application
• Plan Check Fee of $129.68 (Based on $15,000.00 Project Valuation)
• Engineer Signed and Stamped Construction Drawings (2)
• Engineer Signed and Stamped Structural Analysis (2)
• Email Confirmation of Zoning Approval
• USB Digital Copy of Submittal Documents
