Dear Mr. Glasscock:
On January 27, 2017 �we visually observed the footing forms -and footing reinforcement for the
addition on the west side of the existing residence being constructed at the above referenced site.
On February 8, 2017 we visually observed the foundation wall reinforcing placed in the forms. It
is our opinion the footing widths and the footing & wall reinforcement were in general conformance
with our Revised Foundation Plan, Project Number 2633-01-0113, dated January 23, 2017.
We also observed the UFER ground rod was embedded in the concrete at the northeast corner of the
addition foundation.
The conclusions presented in this letter are not intended to cover structural items other than those
listed, site grading/elevations, setbacks, subsurface soil conditions, or architectural features of the
