Areas marked in blue need to be corrected.
1. Starts and stops of machine welds.
2. Insufficient welds at base of pipes.
3. Scuff marks left by the automatic welder
4. Inside corners need to be corrected due to light welds and voids.
Most of the items found during final inspection can be avoided by doing these things daily.
(1) Finish your details daily, you eliminate the possibility of welding contaminated dirty or wet membrane.
(2) Probe your seams daily; don't put it off until the project is done. By waiting, the seams never get the attention they would by doing them
the same day, resulting in items getting missed, like seam voids
