As requested, we have visually observed the concrete structural floor steel reinforcing placed for
the basement floor at the residence under construction at the above referenced location. This
observation was performed on July 25, 2016.
It is our opinion that the concrete floor steel reinforcement was in general conformance with the
foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc. project number 270-02-01-01, dated
February 24, 2016.

Dear Mr. Hoaglund:
As requested, we have visually observed the Drilled Concrete Piers under construction for the
basement and garage foundation for the residence under construction at the above referenced
location.

It is our opinion that the pier sizes, lengths, and steel reinforcement was in general conformance
with the foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc. project number 270-02-01-01, dated
February 24, 2016.

Re: Wall Steel & Ufer Ground Rod Observation at 1033 Linden Gate Ct., Fort Collins, CO

Dear Mr. Hoaglund:
We have visually observed the concrete foundation wall steel reinforcing placed in the forms at
the residence under construction at the above referenced location. The observation was
performed on June 1, 2016.
It is our opinion that the foundation wall steel reinforcement was placed in general conformance
with the foundation plan, drawn by Crown Engineering, llc. project number 270-02-01-01, dated
February 24, 2016.
A ufer ground rod was also observed to be in installed. The installation was observed during the
placement of the foundation wall steel reinforcement and is in general compliance with ufer
ground rod installations.

Dear Mr. Hoaglund:
As requested, we have reviewed the exterior wall sheathing and recommended hold-downs for
the residence under construction at the above referenced location. These observations were
performed on November 29, 2016 and December 12, 2016.
It is our opinion that the exterior sheathing and hold-downs as built should be adequate for the
support of the imposed design Live, Dead and Wind loads acting on the structure.
