Powder River Development Services is representing American Tower Corporation (ATC) in
regards to the Verizon Wireless expansion project on an existing wireless communication facility
in the City of Fort Collins, referenced above.
The scope of work for this project consists of the removal of(3) RRH units and the installation of
(9) new RRH units. There will be no expansion to the existing compound size and there will be
no need to extend the tower.
Enclosed you will find City of Fort Collins Building Permit Application along with two sets of
construction drawing and structural calculations per your requirements. Also enclosed is a check
for the permit fees that will go along with our application.
