Please see the below email regarding the extension on my building permit that was not granted in September
2016. I spoke with Carina with the building services department and she stated that this email will allow my
permit to be reinstated. Please notify me when my building permit has been reinstated and when I can call for
final inspection. Please contact me at your earliest convenience with any questions comments or concerns.

I received a notice stating my building permit would expire on 09.27.2016. Per my conversation today with the
Building Department I would like to request an extension of 180 Days to my permit to allow me to complete the
work associated with the permit. The building permit information is as follows:
