As requested, we reviewed the structural plans for the referenced site (Project
No. DN46390.127, dated August 26, 2016) to provide an opinion about the alignment
of the mono -posts in the basement.
In the basement, it is our understanding that some of the mono -posts are off
center of the steel beams by up to about % inch. Provided that the columns are in a
plumb condition, it is our opinion that the columns are still adequate to support the
anticipated loads.
