workshop/storage area, and employee workout/gym space. Wall to be
constructed with metal studs, plywood, and in -filled with insulation. Larger
of the two spaces to receive a wall mounted air conditioning unit (existing
panel has capacity for AC unit). Lighting fixtures will be relocated due to
placement of separation wall and new outlets to be added throughout.
