HighCraft Builders recently completed a whole house renovation at 1500 West Mountain Avenue. Per
the clients' request, no guard-rails were provided or installed at the bottom section of the stairs where
fall (measured vertically to the floor) within three feet of edge of'the stairs does not exceed 30", and
guard rail is not required by code. Please accept the enclosed signatures as acknowledgment and
