Description of Work:
Idtchen remodel consisting of new cabinets, new appliances and new roaring. The refrigerator remains in the same place but the wall oven and microwave will move, but no new circuits will be run. We will junction box in the old locations
(in cabinets) and fish circuit to new location. A new gas line will be run from the meter to the new range location. The old recirculating hood will be removed and a new hood, exhausted to outside will be installed
Make up air required. We will remove a low height, non bearing wall and soffits over the existing cabinets. Balance of interior hardwood to be refinished and entire main level to be painted, including trim.
