Duplex status of 611 - 613 West Mountain
Hi, Ali — Based upon the research I've done, this dwelling has had two separate addresses since at least 1940. It first
appears in the 1908 city directory (as 611 West Mountain), so was constructed prior to then. Based upon its physical
appearance, I'd say it was constructed as a two-family home, but I can't find anything to corroborate that.
