Where water pressure exceeds eighty (80) p.s.i. a pressure
regulator shall be installed by the owner.
Affidn Plant Investment Fee and Installation to be paid.
Proof of ownership must be presented prior to the
East Larimer County Water District Collection of any fees.
Bacldlow prevention devices are required on all irrigation
systems. Yearly testing by a certified tester is required.
Commercial properties are required to submit an ELCO
bacldlow prevention application.
