Re: Foundation D ain and Damp Proofing Observation 2049/2051 PL Way Harmony Cottages Fort Collins, Colorado EEC Project No. 17-01-120 Mr. Rowell: As requested, Earth Engineering Company, Inc. (EEC) personnel have completed the construction observation services you requested for the referenced project. Those services included observations of the foundation drain placement and damp proofing at the referenced lot. The results of those observations are included with this report. On February 20°i, 2019, EEC personnel observed the foundation drain for the referenced project. The foundation drain consisted of 4-inch perforated pipe bedded in gravel placed around the exterior and interior of the structure and was sloped to drain to a sump pit in the crawlspace of each unit. The gravel was covered in a filter fabric. The damp proofing consisted of a grey spray -on coating that appeared to cover all exterior below grade areas of the crawlspace walls. At the time of our observations, the foundation drain and damp proofing appeared to have been placed in general accordance with the construction plans We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project.
