As requested I have reviewed the foundation crack in the west wall of the
residence at the referenced site.
The crack is an indicator of some differential foundation movement. The
movement and crack have not compromised the foundation at this time. It is
recommended the crack be sealed to reduce moisture infiltration and be
monitored for signs of additional movement. If there is a significant increase in
the crack size I should be consulted for additional review and
recommendations.
