On November 5, 2019, a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed an observation of
the monolithic garage slab at the above referenced address in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The placement of rebar reinforcement within the foundation appeared to be in general accordance
with the project plans and specifications.
Additionally, we observed that UFER grounding rebar was incorporated within the foundation.
