non-combustible stucco finish. A outdoor rated "under counter refrigerator & a 2nd Bromic Tungsten outdoor patio heater ran from
existing gas line to be installed on the opposite side as the other patio heater, also mounted to new patio cover beam. Electric work
as needed for applicable appliances and island outlets. Provide mfr's installation instructions for all appliances to be on site at time of
inspections.
