The Larimer County assessor's office lists you as the owner of the above referenced address.
This letter is to inform you that this office has received a complaint about the condition of the
siding on the back bay of your house.
After doing a sight inspection it has been determined that the siding is in need of some repairs.
In the (2006 International Property Maintenance Code, (IPMC)) as adopted by the City. This
would be under sections 304 exterior structure and Appendix A101 Exterior substandard
conditions.
SECTION:
304.6 Exterior walls. All exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and loose or rotting
decayed materials; and maintained weatherproof and adequately surface -coated where required
to prevent deterioration.
This office will give you 30 days from this notice to correct the substandard conditions.
