This letter is to inform you that a rental inspection at 1442 Glen Haven Dr. was performed on
11/5/19. The inspection determined that this address has been converted from a single-family
dwelling to a duplex.
Our records indicate that this property is not a legal, duplex. We do not have a Certificate of
Occupancy on file for this property as it being a legal, conforming duplex. If you have
information to the contrary, please provide it to our office. Otherwise, you will have to remove
the separate cooking facilities and convert it back to a single-family residence. Any electrical or
gas line that serves the cooking equipment will need to be removed as well.
In addition to converting it back to a single-family residence, the basement was finished without
a permit. You will need to pull an after the fact basement finish permit and complete the required
inspections.
The above items are in violation and shall be corrected within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Please notify me within 30 days to verify that the above items have been corrected.
