We would like to request a permit extension for the following building permit: B 1806000, located at 619
W Lake St, Fort Collins, CO 80521.
We have not started the roofing process and due to supplementing problems with the insurance
company, we will not be able to start by the 21st of this month when the permit is set to expire. If there
is any fee associated with this, please me know at your earliest convenience.
