NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the ownerto place City Utility service in the owner's name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entilled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be fumished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
