As requested, we arrived on site on this date to observe visible portions of the perimeter drain line. It is our opinion that the portions of
the perimeter drain observed on this date were in general conformance with our recommendations. If you have any questions

DAMP -PROOFING OBSERVATION

walls. The portions of the dampproofing we observed were applied to the foundation walls that are planned to be below -grade, finished
space areas and we believe the observed dampproofing was applied in general conformance with our recommendations. If you have
