Air Tightness Testing:
We performed Air-Tightness testing using Energy Conservatory Blower Door technology on a a minimum of 20% of the
units in the building. A sampling of 23 units and 3 commercial spaces at Oakridge Crossing located at 4786 McMurry Ave,
Fort Collins were tested against City of Fort Collins air-leakage requirements. The test results are as follows:

Multifamily Test & Balance Criteria Checklists:
- Local Exhaust (spot ventilation): all bath fans operating at a minimum of 50 cfm intermittent or 20 cfm
continuous.
- Whole House Ventilation: meets code minimum air flow & is within code minimum to +120% of design flow.
o Code minimum and the design flow was agreed upon 84 cfm at the following specific set hours per day
for individual units:
▪ 1 BR Units that need 9.6 hours of ventilation per day = 85 units
• 1st Floor: 159, 156, 155, 154, 153, 152, 151, 150, 149, 143, 142, 141, 139, 136, 134, 133,
132, 131, 130, 129, 128, 127, 126, 125, 123, 120

All units were tested against the City of Fort Collins standards for local exhaust and whole house ventilation. 100% of the
units passed above requirements and have been verified by Lightly Treading.
