RE: Window Inspection: 6026 Spindlebush Lane
Date: 7/14/2017
I have inspected and passed the window inspection at 6026 Spindlebush Lane. The windows were
installed using Installation Masters (AAMA) Method A-1. All sealants and proper flashing materials were
applied to the proper location and in the proper sequence. The install also meets the requirements of
the City of Fort Collins' 2012 IRC Amendment Section R703.8.1. Proper sill flashing and air sealing was
completed.
