This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2015 International Residential Code Section R 105.5 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding the installation of a mini -split system at the above referenced address
without a permit in place prior to installation. Consider this notice also a Stop Work Order
Notice. A permit must be obtained by the date listed below or the mini -split removed.
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
11/1/2018
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and explain any
mitigating circumstances.
