sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2015 International Residential Code Section R105.5 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding the construction of an attached deck without a permit in place prior to
construction. Consider this notice also a Stop Work Order Notice. A permit must be obtained or
the structure removed by the date listed below
These Code violations shall be corrected by:
