• cast -in -place concrete testing — foundation footings, stem walls, piers, grade beams, and
slab -on -grade
• structural steel —shop inspection, structural connections
Our review of foundation over excavation and/or foundation bearing observations indicates the
building addition/structural related subgrades were prepared generally consistent with the project
subsurface explorationrreport. Review of the compaction test results indicates, in general, the
field density test results rnet the project compaction criteria. Review of observations for slab -on -
grade preparation indicates, in general, the slab -on -grade was prepared in general accordance
with project plans. Review of reinforcing steel observed indicates the reinforcing steel observed
was placed in general accordance with the identified project plans and Ms. Review of
foundation damp -proofing and insulation observation indicates they were prepared/installed in
general accordance with the project plans/specifications. Structural steel observations appeared
to meet the project details/specifications and Ms. The concrete compression test results met the
required 28-day compressive strength criteria.
We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions
regarding this report, or if we can be of further service to you in any other way, please do not
