This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the following
sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2015 International Residential Code Section R105.5 and amendments adopted by the City of
Fort Collins regarding the construction of a detached building over 8' tall and larger than 120
square feet of floor space without a permit in place prior to construction. Consider this notice
also a Stop Work Order Notice. A permit must be obtained or the structure removed by the date
listed below
These Code violations shall be corrected by: 9/13/2018
If you can not comply within the time limit specified, please contact this office and explain any
mitigating circumstances.
