clear opening of at least 720 square inches and ills in good working order
X All exterior doors and windows are provided with insect screens
X Each sleeping room is provided with a smoke alarm
X Carbon monoxide detector is installed within 15 feet of sleeping room
X All stairs are structurally sound and free of trip hazards
X All deck guardrails and stair handrails are firmly attached and capable of supporting
imposed loads and free of defects
X All bathroom outlets are Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected
X All occupied rooms are provided with working electrical outlets and lighting fixtures
without the need for extension cords
X All plumbing fixtures are provided with sufficient hot and cold water
X All exterior stairs and sidewalks are free of defects and trip hazards
X Heating system is in sound working order and his been serviced within the past year
X Water heating system is in sound working order and has been serviced within the past
year
na Building Permits and final approvals have been received for any remodel work performed
