our visit appear generally consistent with those found and logged in the subject soils report Based on the soils exposed in the
excavation, it is our opinion the bearing pressures provided in the referenced report can be used for the recommended foundation
system If additional cuts and/or fill placement occurs on the subject lot, and/or if weather conditions cause a significant change in soil
conditions, please notify this firm so that we may re-evaluate the affected excavation If you have any questions, please call
