The above site was personally inspected on January 18, 2018. The site indicates the
existing site that is to be removed and replaced with an approved 4'x4' "egress window"
(no existing window) is located on the South side of the house between the sprinkler
system and power entrance. The existing site is in a concrete foundation topped by a
wooden sill plate and rim joist. The siding above is wood. The new egress window will
require no disturbance to this existing header (sill plate and rim joist ). Using a 3"x
3"x'/<" aluminum frame should support the loads above and is therefore approved for
replacement.
