We visited the site and observed the existing window located in the North East corner of the
basement. The contractor is planning to saw cut and remove +/- 30" of the existing foundation wall
below this window. This will allow for the placement of a new window that will meet egress
requirements. It is our opinion that the above mentioned cutting and removal of existing
foundations wall will not compromise the existing foundation.
