LANDSCAPED AREAS.
- CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO LOT LINES, SETBACKS, EASEMENT, COVENANTS, OR
ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT MAY AFFECT THE LOCATION
OF THE HOME ON THE LOT. NOTIFY CTLITHOMPSON OF
DISCREPANCIES IMMEDIATELY.
- SET TOP OF FOUNDATION PER THE APPROVED GRADING PLAN
OR BY LOCAL CODE.
- LOCATE ALL UTILITIES AS REQUIRED BY COLORADO LAW PRIOR
