RE: Footing and Foundation Inspection,
314 Urban Prairie, Fort Collins CO

As requested, I inspected the -footing formwork at the subject single-family residence. At
the time of this inspection the footing formwork were in substantial conformance with the
design drawings prepared for this structure. The footing inspection was performed on
October 13, 2016.
The foundation wall formwork and reinforcing steel were inspected on October 17, 2016.
At the time of this inspection the foundation formwork and placement of reinforcing steel
were in substantial conformance with the design drawings prepared for this structure. I
also observed the installation of a 20' long piece of reinforcing steel to be utilized as a
Ufer ground.
Please note that this structure is "Slab on Grade" and no perimeter drain and foundation
damp -proofing is necessary.
