FC06790 001-390 Proposed Lync Cinema 1209 N College Ave Ft Collins, CO Type of Inspection High Strength Bolt (AISC Spec. for Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or A490 Bolts, Sect. 8,9) Bolt Locations: For the main framing at the new Lyric Cinema building, we inspected the 1/2-inch, 5/8-inch, 3/4-inch, and 1-inch diameter A325 bolts for the rafter beam to column, rafter beam splice, and strut beam to column connections at all gndlines All of the bolts were in the snug -tight condition or greater at the time of our inspection. FC06790 001390 Proposed Lyric Cinema 1209 N College Ave Ft Collins, CO Type of Inspection Visual Weld (AWS D1.1 Table 6.1) / Anchor Bolts (Project Specifications) Report Date. 5/17/2017 Weld Locations - We inspected the 1/8-inch fillet welds of the angle brackets to the purlins and rafter beams at all gndlines of the new Lyric Cinema budding. 7018 electrodes, 1/8-mch fillet welds in the F, H and V positions. We inspected approximately 525 lineal inches of welds of which approximately 3% had been re -welded. We accepted 100% of the welds we inspected. Bolt Locations: We inspected the 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch diameter anchor bolts at all base plate connections All of the anchor bolts were in the snug - tight condition or greater at the time of our inspection. We also inspected the 5/16-inch puddle welds of the landing deck to the tube steel supports. 7018 electrodes, Miller Bobcat 250 machine, 1/4-inch fillet and 5/16-inch puddle welds in the H, V and O positions. We inspected approximately 160 lineal inches of welds of which approximately 5% had been re -welded. We accepted 100% of the welds we inspected. Note two site visits were required - the first on 8/8/17 and the second on 8/9/17. For the moved column,we inspected the re-weldmg of the column cap plate to the stnnger by 1/4-inch fillet welds.We also inspected the titan screws at the column base plate.Miller Bobcat 250 machine, 7018 electrodes, 1/4inch fillet welds in the O position.We mspected approximately 20 lineal mches of welds.We accepted 100%of the welds we inspected.
