Dear Mr. Lockwood:
I visited the above -referenced project on March 23, April 4, April 11, May 5 and August 24, 2017 as requested. The
purpose of these visits was to observe the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation footing and foundation wall
reinforcing for the Building in accordance with our Agreement.
Based on our observations, the foundation footing sizes, and the foundation footing and foundation wall reinforcing
appeared to be in general accordance with the structural plans prepared for the project (refer to the Project No.
CR9010-18 drawing set S1, S2, S3.1, S3.2, S4 dated July 9, 2014); and the April 17,2017 letter regarding the rear
exterior deck foundation system.
