Zoning Final Requirements
If such work is not completed within the time set forth above and approved on final inspection, or unless the
time for completion is extended by the Building and Zoning Office, an order to vacate the premises, or a
violation notice for occupying the building, structure, or land without a Certificate of Occupancy will be
issued Such violation is subject to a maximum fine of $1000 00 per day for every day of violation

transfer City Utilities to the owners name, utilities will continue to be fumished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills
