On April 27, 2017 a representative of Northern Colorado Geotech performed a perimeter drain
observation at the above referenced address in Fort Collins, Colorado
The perimeter drain consists of 4-inch perforated PVC placed around the exterior perimeter of the
basement The drain appeared to have positive drainage toward two sump pits located in the
southeast corners of the basements of units 1011 and 1023 The pipe was surrounded by pea gravel
Filter fabric had been placed over the gravel The installation of the perimeter drain appeared to be in
general accordance with project plans and specifications
We also observed that damp proofing had been applied to the below grade foundation
