and pilaster and foundation wall reinforcing at the referenced site Observations
indicate the pad, footing, foundation and pilaster sizes and steel reinforcement is in
substantial accordance with the engineered foundation plan for the project by Weeks &
Associates In addition, the foundation insulation for the addition is In accordance with
plan requirements.
