Mr. Sargent,
This letter is in regards to the following inspections completed during the foundation repair
construction of your home at the referenced address;
• An initial site inspection was performed on October 13`h, 2016;
Construction options and concerns regarding drainage were discussed.
• The initial open hole & excavation inspection was performed on December 131h,
2016; Weather protection was discussed, shoring, excavation depth and subgrade
compaction was examined, no exceptions noted.
• Foundation, footing and steel inspections were performed on January 291h, 2017;
No exceptions noted.
• A final structural inspection was performed on March 20, 2017. During this
inspection a request for additional lateral support & hurricane anchors was made and
a subsequent examination on April 18`h, 2017 noted that all requests have been
provided.
In conclusion, it is my opinion that all inspections revealed high quality construction and
attention to detail. All structural components and conditions are acceptable, are in
compliance with the design plans and will function as required.
