I am writing in response to a letter I received saying that my permit to finish my basement was about to
expire. The permit number is B1602594. The address is 4759 Brenton Dr. I am writing this to request
the one time, no fee, 180 day extension. I am sending this via fax as today is the final day of my permit
and it says you need a signed letter before expiration. You will have this signed letter via fax on the last
day of my permit in your office. I will also send this via regular mail. Please let me know if you haven
any questions or if you need anything else from me to get this extension.
