(arathert@evergreen-ind.com) Re: Construction Observation and Materials Testing Report — Submittal No. 1 Non -Destructive Testing (NDT) Services for California Plaza 1730 South College Avenue Fort Collins, Colorado EEC Project No. 1164044 Ms. Rathert: As requested, on May 11, 2016, Earth Engineering Consultants, LLC (EEC) personnel provided construction observation and testing services for the proposed improvements to the California Plaza facility located at 1730 South College Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. Those services were provided on a part-time/on-call basis and included non-destructive testing (NDT) services of steel erection components as described herein for the referenced project. The results of the observation and testing services completed by EEC personnel during the referenced period are included with this report. Non -Destructive Testing (NDT) Services As requested on May 11, 2016, EEC's in-house certified bolt and weld inspector conducted a site visit to perform visual observations of the structural framing located in the area of Deck 1, 2 and 3. Included are the welded lower horizontal HSS tube to HSS column connections, the welded upper horizontal HSS tube to HSS column connections, and the welded HSS kicker to lower horizontal HSS tube connections.
