Dear Ms. Axton:
The City of Fort Collins is responsible for enforcement of zoning ordinances and similar codes or ordinances
related to development in the city of Fort Collins.
The above -referenced Property is located in the HC (Harmony Corridor) zoning district. The Property is
located on Lot 1 of the Harmony Technology Park Third Filing, First Replat site specific development plan that
was approved on December 29, 2011. The development plan authorizes the construction of a 49,900 square
foot building to be used for office, warehouse and/or industrial uses.
The properties to the north, west and east are zoned Harmony Corridor. The property to the south is zoned
Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood.
There are no variances, special exceptions, conditional use permits, or nonconforming issues affecting this
property and the property is not subject to any special, restrictive or overlay district requirements. The
Property complies with the City's subdivision ordinances and regulations. The site specific development plan
approved by the City on December 29, 2011 complies with all setback, parking, and similar regulations. There
are no current zoning or building code violations on file for this property.
The requirements of the Harmony Technology Park Third Filing, First Replat site specific development
