This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2012 International Residential Code Section R105.1 and amendments adopted by the
City of Fort Collins regarding the replacement of an attached deck more than 30" above
grade at the above referenced address without a permit from the City of Fort Collins
Building Department in place prior to the work being done. To date no permits have
been issued for said work. You now need to obtain a permit or remove said structure by
the date listed below. Consider this Building Code Correction Notice a Stop Work Order.
