FT. WORK TO INCLUDE ALL INTERIOR FINISHES.
THE LANDSCAPE LIGHTING AROUND THE BUILDING IS NOT CONSENT WITH APPROVED
MINOR AMENDMENT LIGHTING PLAN AND IS NOT APPROVED.
This is to certify that the building, structure, or land located at 3450 S COLLEGE AVE Fort Collins, CO has been
inspected and temporary occupancy is hereby authorized, effective on 03/11/2016 and conditional upon the
following requirements being completed and approved upon final inspection.
Bldg Dept Req Docs Rcvd Requirements to be Completed By:
03(04/2016 ok for TCO only. Still need 1) Air tightness test 2) HVAC test and balance
Fire Authority Final Requirements to be Completed By: 03/31/2016
WWW Irrigation Final Requirements to be Completed By: 04/15/2016

03/01/2016 recieved landscape bond. hold full cto for building finishes and site clean up

NOTE: The issuance of this temporary certificate of occupancy will entitle the owner to place City Utility service in the owners name. Construction power rates
may be substantially higher than the rate to which the owner is entitled. Until the owner contacts the City Utility Office and makes the necessary arrangements to
transfer City Utilities to the owner's name, utilities will continue to be furnished at construction rates and both the owner of the property and the contractor will
continue to be liable to the City for all utility bills.
