This letter is to inform you that the above referenced property is in violation of the
following sections of the International Codes as adopted by the City of Fort Collins:
The 2012 International Building Code Section 105.1 and amendments adopted by the
City of Fort Collins regarding the construction of a detached shed at the above referenced
address without a permit from the City of Fort Collins Building Department in place prior
to the work being done. To date no permit has been issued for said. work. You now need
to obtain a permit or remove said structure by the date listed below.
