Dear Landlord, Owner, Manager or Tenant, It has come to our attention that the property at the above address is in
violation of the following section(s) of the City of'Fort Collizzs Land Use Code:
3.8.11
Description of Violation:
On October 3, 2016, city staff visited 2302 Marshfiled Ln in response to an anonymous complaint regarding
a fence constructed along the street. The fence is located closer to the public sidwalk than that allowed by
the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code. Fences or walls shall be no closer than (2) feet to a public sidewalk.
Please have these zoning code violations corrected by 11/20/2016.
If you cannot comply within this time limit, please contact this office and explain any mitigating circumstances you
feel may be cause for an extension. Please be advised that failure to comply can result in a court summons requesting
your appearance in Municipal Court. As a misdemeanor, a maximum of $1000.00 per day of violation can be
imposed.
